The Arch... And not the golden ones!!

The famed St. Louis Gateway Arch will be open today after a power outage on Saturday that trapped about 180 people.
The landmark's deputy superintendent says the power was out for about two hours, stalling two trams filled with about 40 people each. Mike Maris says one of the nine cables on the south tram might have snapped. That tram will not be in service when the Arch reopens.
The outage stranded another 100 people who were at the top of the 630-foot-high monument watching a fireworks show. Some of the visitors used the stairs to get out. Others took the tram when power was restored.
Anxious relatives waited outside, along with dozens of emergency vehicles. Rescue crews treated two people: one needed oxygen, the other is diabetic.
The Gateway Arch opened in 1966 and is run by the National Park Service.
